Sierra Performance - 12 weeks program

The beginner program is designed for the person who is new to exercise with little to no previous movement and you ready to take on an easier program that you can follow and learn form and exercises all whilst loosing weight and toning up.
The intermediate program is for the individual ready increase and step up their routine, you have trained and know your way around exercises maybe something set you back but you ready to get back into shape and feeling revitalised.
If you have been training for a while and you are looking for something new, fresh and challenging to keep you focused and on the right track. We know summer bodies are made in winter BUT healthy bodies are kept ALL year round.
