As long as your subscription is active, you can watch the training sessions as many times as you like.

Our bodies need time to recover and the high intensity resistance training fat burning percentage after training is higher than your avg training. Our bodies need the time to rebuild.

I recommend 2x LISS – Low Intensity Steady State sessions a week – Walking, Cycling, Rowing, Stairmaster, Eliptical for 30-45mins
